Cancellation Policy

Meggan Aesthetics

All bookings require a deposit of $100 at the time of booking to secure a Cosmetic Tattoo appointment. Consults require a $50 deposit which is redeemable on a cosmetic tattoo appointment. Deposit need to be paid within 48 hours of booking otherwise appointment will be cancelled. If for any reason you need to cancel your appointment, we need at least 48 hours notice. If at least 48 hours notice is given, your deposit will be refunded in full. If more than 24 hours notice is given you will receive a 50% refund. If less than 24 hours notice is given your deposit WILL be forfeited. At least 24 hours notice needs to be given to reschedule an appointment, if less than 24 hours notice is given to reschedule you will need to pay another $100 deposit. This Policy is strictly in place to ensure the business does not run at a loss and to give fair opportunity for waiting clients to have their appointment.
